DTC Cable seeks designation as an ETC in all areas in the state of New York where it was awarded CAF support through the New York Program. Pursuant to the New York Program, DTC Cable must serve 712 locations in 118 CAF-eligible census blocks. MTC Cable seeks designation as an ETC in all areas of the state of New York where it was awarded CAF support through the New York Program. Pursuant to the New York Program, MTC Cable must serve 1,659 locations in 177 CAF-eligible census blocks. Id. Mohawk Networks seeks designation as an ETC in all areas in the state of New York where it was awarded CAF support through the New York program. Pursuant to the New York Program, Mohawk Networks must serve 1,286 locations in 206 CAF-eligible census blocks. Id. Interested parties may file comments on or before August 2, 2018, and replies on or before August 13, 2018. All pleadings must reference WC Docket No. 09-197.
