Misuse of Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service; Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities, Report and Order, Declaratory Ruling, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Notice of Inquiry, FCC 18-79 (June 8, 2018) (IP CTS Modernization and Reform FNPRM and NOI). For the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM), the Commission established a comment deadline of 60 days, and a reply comment deadline of 90 days, each after publication of a summary of the FNPRM in the Federal Register. Id. at 77, para. 186. For the Notice of Inquiry (NOI), the Commission established a comment deadline of 90 days and a reply comment deadline of 120 days, each after publication of a summary of the NOI in the Federal Register. Id. On July 18, 2018, the Federal Register published a summary of the FNPRM and NOI. FCC, IP CTS Modernization and Reform, 83 Fed. Reg. 33899 (July 18, 2018). Accordingly, comments pertaining to the FNPRM must be filed on or before September 17, 2018, and reply comments must be filed on or before October 16, 2018. Comments pertaining to the NOI must be filed on or before October 16, 2018, and reply comments must be filed on or before November 15, 2018.
