DATES FOR NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING ON TEXT-ENABLED TOLL FREE NUMBERS

On June 7, 2018, the Federal Communications Commission adopted a Declaratory Ruling and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that seeks comment on changes to the Commission’s rules on how a toll free subscriber should make clear its authorization to text-enable a toll free number. See generally Text-Enabled Toll Free Numbers, Declaratory Ruling and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 18-77, paras. 13-27 (June 7, 2018) (Text-Enabled Toll Free Numbers NPRM).
  The NPRM sets deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication in the Federal Register. See generally id.
