PLEADING CYCLES ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS ON APPLICATIONS FOR STATE 
CERTIFICATION FOR THE PROVISION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS RELAY SERVICE
CG Docket No. 03-123
In this notice, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) of the Federal 
Communications Commission announces comment deadlines for two sets of applications for renewal of 
certification for state telecommunications relay service (TRS) programs.
 
  
I. PLEADING CYCLE FOR APPLICATIONS LISTED IN PUBLIC NOTICE DA 17-1214
On November 1, 2017, CGB released Public Notice DA 17-1074, seeking comment and 
establishing a pleading cycle on 20 state applications to the Commission for the renewal of certification to 
operate state TRS programs.

  CGB subsequently extended these deadlines by Public Notice DA 17-1214 
to align the pleading cycle with an upcoming publication in the Federal Register.

  On January 24, 2018, 
Public Notice DA 17-1214 was published in the Federal Register, which establishes February 23, 2018 as 
the deadline to file comments, and March 12, 2018 as the deadline to file reply comments on these 20 
applications for certification.

II. PLEADING CYCLE FOR APPLICATIONS LISTED IN PUBLIC NOTICE DA 17-1213
On December 18, 2017, CGB released Public Notice DA 17-1213, seeking comment on 
applications for certification to operate TRS in 28 states and U.S. territories.

was published in the Federal Register on January 23, 2017, which establishes February 22, 2018 as the 
deadline to file comments, and March 9, 2018 as the deadline for reply comments on these 28
