	On July 13, 2018, the Federal Communications Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) proposing to update the children’s television programming rules. See Children’s Television Programming Rules, Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative, MB Docket Nos. 18-202 and 17-105, FCC 18-93, at 1 (rel. July 13, 2018).
  The Commission set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 60 and 90 days, respectively, after publication of the NPRM in the Federal Register. Id. 
 

	A summary of the NPRM was published in the Federal Register on July 25, 2018. 83 Fed. Reg. 35158 (July 25, 2018), https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2018-07-25/pdf/2018-15819.pdf.  
  Accordingly, comments will be due on or before September 24, 2018, and reply comments on or before October 23, 2018.  Commenters should follow the filing instructions provided in paragraph 61 of the NPRM. See NPRM at para. 61.
