Under the Commission’s rules, oppositions to petitions for reconsideration must be filed within 15 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register and replies to the oppositions must be filed within 10 days after the time for filing oppositions has expired. 47 CFR § 1.429(f), (g). On August 23, 2018, the Sprint Reconsideration Public Notice published in the Federal Register. Accordingly, oppositions to Sprint’s petitions must be filed on or before September 7, 2018, and replies to the oppositions must be filed on or before September 17, 2018.
