(Medicine Park), pursuant to section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and sections 63.03-04 of the Commission’s rules, requesting consent to the transfer of control of Medicine Park following the passing away of Alice Jo Hilliary, a former trustee and co-manager of various U.S. trusts that continue to own and manage Medicine Park. No commenter opposed grant of the Application.
