SAT-STA-20190918-00096 E S3023 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/10/2019 On October 10, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to: (1) conduct in-orbit testing (IOT) of Intelsat 39 at the 55.3º E.L. orbital location; and (2) perform Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 39 at 55.3º E.L. and drift Intelsat 39 to the 61.95º E.L. orbital location upon completion of IOT. SAT-STA-20191001-00103 E S2154 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/10/2019 On October 10, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC, to continue to provide fixed-satellite service via the Galaxy 25 space station at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command will use the following center frequencies: 4195.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5926.5 MHz and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
