(Somos) released a Public Notice Somos, Auction of Toll Free Numbers in the 833 Code, Status of Auction Applications (Nov. 13, 2019), https://auction.somos.com/sites/default/files/2019-11/833_Auction_Status_PN_with_attachments_FNL.pdf. announcing the status of applications to participate in the auction of certain toll free numbers in the 833 code (833 Auction). The Public Notice was released by Somos in its capacity as auctioneer for the 833 Auction, as directed by the Commission. Auction of Toll Free Numbers in the 833 Code; Notice and Filing Requirements, Upfront Payments, and Other Procedures for the 833 Auction; Bidding Scheduled to Begin December 17, 2019, AU Docket No. 19-101, WC Docket No. 17-192, CC Docket No. 95-155, Public Notice, 34 FCC Rcd 6560, 6588, para. 97 (2019). The Public Notice lists auction applicants’ initial application status as either complete or incomplete and includes additional information for applicants, such as the deadlines for submitting upfront payments and for resubmitting corrected applications. In addition to public release at auction.somos.com, a copy of the Public Notice has been sent by overnight delivery and by email to each 833 Auction applicant. Each applicant with an incomplete application will be sent information about the nature of the deficiencies in the application, along with the name and contact information of a Somos staff member who can answer questions specific to the application. An applicant with an incomplete application must resubmit its application, having corrected any deficiencies, by November 27, 2019, 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.   For specific questions about an applicant’s incomplete status or its application deficiencies, the applicant should contact the Somos staff reviewer identified in the correspondence sent to the applicant by overnight delivery.
