On October 7, 2019, HC2 Station Group, Inc. (HC2), licensee of television station WJFB (WJFB), Lebanon, Tennessee, by its attorneys, filed a Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage (Must-Carry) against DIRECTV, LLC (DIRECTV) seeking carriage of station WJFB on DIRECTV’s satellite system serving the Nashville, Tennessee Designated Market Area (DMA). 2. HC2 subsequently determined that its Complaint to the Commission was not timely filed. 3. On November 12, 2019, HC2 filed a Request for Dismissal of its Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Request to withdraw the Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage in the above-referenced proceeding IS GRANTED. 5. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding is TERMINATED. 6.
