DA 19-203 Released: March 21, 2019 NOTICE OF NON-STREAMLINED DOMESTIC SECTION 214 APPLICATION GRANTED WC Docket No. 18-398 By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau grants the application filed by DataConnex, LLC, Debtor-in-Possession (DataConnex), and Charger Access, LLC (Charger) (together, Applicants), pursuant to section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and sections 63.03-04 of the Commission’s rules, requesting consent to the transfer of certain assets of DataConnex to Charger. See 47 U.S.C. § 214; 47 CFR §§ 63.03-04; DataConnex, LLC, Debtor-in-Possession, and Charger Access, LLC Joint Application for Consent to Transfer Control of Domestic Section 214 Authority, WC Docket No. 18-398 (filed Dec. 21, 2018) (Application); Domestic Section 214 Application Filed for the Transfer of Control of DataConnex, LLC, Debtor-In-Possession, to Charger Access, LLC, WC Docket No. 18-398, Public Notice, DA 18-1307 (rel. Dec. 28, 2018). No commenter opposed grant of the Application. The Bureau finds, upon consideration of the record, that the proposed transfer will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity and, therefore, grants the requested authorization.
