By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau opens WT Docket No. 19-129, which is captioned “Proposed Communications Tower, Eger Communications, Inc.”  Staff members of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau have placed in this docket pleadings and other record materials relevant to the disposition of an August 26, 2015 Application for Review filed by Eger Communications, Inc.  

Ex Parte Rules.  This is a restricted proceeding under the Commission’s ex parte rules.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.1208, 1.1206, 1.1200(a).  A party making a written or oral presentation in a restricted proceeding must file a copy of the presentation or, for an oral presentation, a summary of the presentation, in the record of the proceeding using procedures consistent with those specified in § 1.1206.  Participants in this proceeding should familiarize themselves with the Commission’s ex parte rules.
