Advanced Methods to Target and Eliminate Unlawful Robocalls, CG Docket No. 17-59, Declaratory Ruling and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 19-51 (June 6, 2019) (Call Blocking Third Further Notice). The Call Blocking Third Further Notice sets deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 days and 60 days after publication in the Federal Register, respectively. Id.
