Federal Communications Commission DA 19-XXX DA 19-733 Released: August 1, 2019 WIRELINE COMPETITION BUREAU RELEASES LIST OF COMMON LANGUAGE LOCATION IDENTIFICATION CODES FOR PRICE CAP INCUMBENT LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIER WIRE CENTERS SUBJECT TO UNE TRANSPORT FORBEARANCE WC Docket No. 18-141 By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) publicly releases the list of Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) codes of price cap incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC) wire centers that are subject to the forbearance granted in the UNE Transport Forbearance Order. Petition of USTelecom for Forbearance Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 160(c) to Accelerate Investment in Broadband and Next-Generation Networks, WC Docket No. 18-141 et al., Report and Order on Remand and Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 19-66, para. 59 & n.195 (rel. July 12, 2019) (UNE Transport Forbearance Order); see also n.195 (“This CLLI code list will only identify wire centers that are no longer UNE-triggering and subject to forbearance based on the existence of nearby fiber. It will not include wire centers for which their status as a non-UNE-triggering wire center is dependent upon their tier classification contained in our rules . . . .”). On July 15, 2019, the Bureau issued a public notice proposing to release this list and providing affected parties an opportunity to object. Wireline Competition Bureau Initiated Process to Publicly Release List of Price Cap LEC Wire Centers with Nearby Alternative Fiber Pursuant to UNE Transport Forbearance Order, WC Docket No. 18-141, Public Notice, DA 19-662 (WCB July 15, 2019) (setting the July 29, 2019 deadline for filing objections). The Bureau received no objections.
