Children’s Television Programming Rules, Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative, MB Docket Nos. 18-202 and 17-105, Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 19-67, at paras. 76-83 (rel. July 12, 2019). The Commission set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the FNPRM in the Federal Register. Id. at 1.
