By the Chief, Media Bureau:

1. On August 5, 2020, AMC Networks Inc. (AMCN) filed a program carriage complaint against AT&T Inc. Program Carriage Complaint of AMC Networks Inc., MB Docket No. 20-254 (filed Aug. 5, 2020) (Complaint).  
  On September 11, 2020, AMCN submitted a request to withdraw and dismiss its Complaint with prejudice. Motion to Withdraw, MB Docket No. 20-254 (filed Sept. 11, 2020).
  AMCN states that it has entered into an agreement for carriage with AT&T Inc. Id. 
  In light of this agreement, we grant AMCN’s request to withdraw and dismiss its Complaint with prejudice. 
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that AMCN’s request to withdraw and dismiss with prejudice its Complaint IS GRANTED, that the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and that this proceeding IS TERMINATED and the docket is closed. 
3. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules. 47 CFR § 0.283.
