SAT-STA-20200715-00087 E S3016 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/17/2020 On September 17, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for Special Temporary Authority, for 180 days, to conduct in-orbit testing of the Galaxy 30 satellite at 84.55° E.L. and to drift the satellite to its permanent location at 125.0° W.L. Galaxy 30 will perform payload testing in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz, 10.7-11.7 GHz, 17.8-18.8 GHz, 19.2-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz, 12.75-13.25 GHz, 13.75-14.5 GHz, 27.6-28.6 GHz, and 29.0-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). Galaxy 30 will utilize the following frequencies for telemetry, tracking and command: 4197.5 MHz, 4198.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6421.75 MHz, and 6424.25 MHz (Earth-to-space).
