(Ace Michigan). Ace Telephone Company of Michigan, Inc. Petition for Waiver of Sections 51.909(a), 51.917(b)(1), and 51.917(b)(7) of the Commission’s Rules to modify access rate bands and charges, and 2011 Switched Access Revenue Requirement and 2011 Base Period Revenue in connection with the merger of affiliated study areas in Michigan, WC Docket No. 20-358 (dated Nov. 2, 2020) (Petition). Specifically, Ace Michigan seeks a waiver of sections 51.909(a), 51.917(b)(1) and 51.917(b)(7) of the Commission’s rules to modify access rate bands and charges, and 2011 Switched Access Revenue Requirement and 2011 Base Period Revenue in connection with the merger of affiliated study areas in Michigan. See Petition at 1-2. The merging study areas are Ace Telephone Company of Michigan, Inc. (“Ace Michigan”; Study Area Code (SAC) 310704); Ace Telephone Company of Michigan, Inc. – Old Mission (“Ace Michigan – Old Mission” SAC 310777); Ace Telephone of Michigan, Inc. – Allendale (“Ace Michigan – Allendale” SAC 310669); and Ace Telephone Company of Michigan, Inc. – Drenthe (“Ace Michigan – Drenthe” SAC 310692). Id. Filing Requirements. Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated above.
