Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/12/2020 On November 12, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to DG Consents Sub, Inc., to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command and data downlink of Earth Exploration Satellite Service operations with the WorldView-4 space station at an altitude between 425 kilometers and 525 kilometers, instead of its currently authorized altitude of 496 kilometers to 770 kilometers. SAT-STA-20201028-00125 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/12/2020 On November 12, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, an extension of special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Skynet Satellite Corporation to continue to operate Telstar 12 at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location with a ±0.10 degree east-west station-keeping tolerance. Telstar 12 is authorized to provide fixed-satellite service at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.20 GHz and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 13.75-14.0 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
