Sponsorship Identification Requirements for Foreign Government-Provided Programming, MB Docket No. 20-299, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-146 (2020) (NPRM). The NPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the NPRM in the Federal Register. The Media Bureau hereby announces that the NPRM was published in the Federal Register on November 24, 2020, establishing the period for public comment. Accordingly, comments pertaining to the NPRM must be filed on or before December 24, 2020 and reply comments must be filed on or before January 25, 2021.
