1. In this Order, on our own motion, we rescind a Forfeiture Order Creative Minds, LLC, Forfeiture Order, DA 20-1481 (MB Dec. 15, 2020).
 issued to Creative Minds, LLC (Licensee), licensee of Station WLDV(FM), Frederiksted, Virgin Islands (Station).  The Forfeiture Order incorrectly stated that the Licensee had not paid the forfeiture proposed in a Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture released on November 3, 2020. Creative Minds, LLC, Memorandum Opinion and Order and Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture, DA 20-1304 (MB Nov. 3., 2020).
  In fact, the Licensee had paid the proposed forfeiture.  
2. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 0.61, 0.283, and 1.108 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 0.61, 0.283, 1.108.
 the Forfeiture Order (DA 20-1481 issued to Creative Minds, LLC, on December 15, 2020, IS RESCINDED.
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that copies of this Order shall be sent by First Class and Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to Sheldon Turnbull, Creative Minds, LLC, PO Box 307713, St. Thomas, VI 00803.
