ACCESSIBILITY RECORDKEEPING COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION
AND CONTACT INFORMATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS 

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) reminds service providers and equipment manufacturers that are subject to section 255, 716, or 718 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the Act), 47 U.S.C. §§ 255, 617, 619; see also 47 CFR pts. 6, 7, 14.  These provisions govern accessibility requirements for telecommunications services and equipment, advanced communications services and equipment, and Internet browsers built into mobile phones.
 of their obligation to maintain records of their efforts to implement these requirements. 47 U.S.C. § 618(a)(5)(A); see also 47 CFR §§ 14.30(b), 14.31(a).
  The Commission also reminds these entities of their obligation to file their annual recordkeeping compliance certifications and required contact information no later than April 1, 2020, 47 CFR § 14.31(b)(3).  
 in the Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information Registry (RCCCI Registry), a web-based system designed to facilitate compliance with these obligations arising under section 717 of the Act. 47 U.S.C. § 618; see also 47 CFR § 14.31(b).  
  
To submit a recordkeeping compliance certification, or to enter or update contact information, please go to https://apps.fcc.gov/rccci-registry/. The RCCCI Registry is the sole means for filing annual recordkeeping compliance certifications and contact information, and for updating that contact information as needed.
