These grants of authority are taken under section 0.261 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261. Petitions for reconsideration under section 1.106 or applications for review under section 1.115 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.106, 1.115, may be filed within 30 days of the date of this public notice. (Aqua Comms Americas). This transaction did not affect the interests held by other licensees of Havfrue. During the project development process for the Havfrue system, AEC2 held voting and participation interests in the wet segment of the Havfrue system. Upon the commencement of commercial operations of Havfrue on November 17, 2020, Aqua Comms Americas took ownership of the portion of Havfrue in U.S. territorial waters held by AEC2. AEC2 has also assigned interests in international waters and Irish territory to Aqua Comms (Ireland) Limited and Aqua Comms (Denmark) ApS, neither of which uses the U.S. endpoint of Havfrue or is required to be a licensee under 47 CFR 1.767(h). This transaction does not affect the activities or assets of America Europe Connect 2 USA Inc. (AEC2 USA), which will remain the U.S. landing party for Havfrue and a joint cable landing licensee. Aqua Comms Americas and AEC2 are both indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Aqua Comms Designated Activity Company, an Irish company, and are ultimately owned and controlled by the Bake Trust, a Jersey company whose economic settlor is Mr. Christopher Paul Bake, a Netherlands citizen. (fka MCI WorldCom International, Inc.) TO: MCI International, LLC Notification filed July 20, 2020, of the pro forma transfer of control of MFS Globenet, Inc., a licensee in three submarine cable systems, from MCI International Services, Inc. to MCI International LLC, effective June 30, 2020. MFS Globenet, Inc. is a licensee on three submarine cables: (1) CB-1 Cable System, SCL-LIC-20080603-00011, (2) Gemini Bermuda System, SCL-LIC-20070925-00017, and (3) Southern Cross Cable Network, SCL-LIC-19971014-00009, SCL-MOD-20020430-00045. This transaction did not affect the interests held by other licensees in these cable systems. INFORMATIVE SCL-LIC-20080814-00016 American Samoa Hawaii Cable, LLC AST Telecom, LLC dba Bluesky, American Samoa Hawaii Cable, LLC, and Samoa American Samoa Cable, LLC (together, the Licensees) notified the Commission by letter on October 23, 2020, that the American Samoa-Hawaii segment of the American Samoa Hawaii Cable System, SCL-LIC-20080814-00016, was retired and taken out of commercial service effective July 16, 2020. In the same letter, Licensees also notified the Commission that the segment of the system connecting Samoa and American Samoa remains in service and will now be known as the Samoa American Samoa Cable System.
