(Gray), licensee of television station WCJB-TV (WCJB-TV), Gainesville, Florida, by its attorneys, filed a Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage (Must-Carry) against DIRECTV, LLC (DIRECTV) seeking carriage of station WCJB-TV on DIRECTV’s satellite system serving the Gainesville, Florida Designated Market Area. 2. On December 20, 2019, Gray filed a Request for Dismissal of its Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage with prejudice. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Request to withdraw the Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage in the above-referenced proceeding IS GRANTED. 4. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding is TERMINATED. 5.
