	By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau announces that comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Notice) in the Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements in an Era of Next-Generation Networks and Services proceeding are due no later than February 5, 2020, and reply comments are due no later than March 6, 2020. Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements in an Era of Next-Generation Networks and Services, WC Docket No. 19-308, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 19-119 (rel. Nov. 25, 2019).  The document is available on the Commission’s website at https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-19-119A1.pdf.  The document is also available electronically via the Commission’s Electronic Document Management System (EDOCS) website at https://www.fcc.gov/edocs (by FCC Number, FCC 19-119) or via the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) website at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/ (by docket number, WC Docket No. 19-308).
  In the Notice, the Commission seeks comment on a number of proposals to modernize unbundling and resale obligations applicable to incumbent local exchange carriers to reflect changes in the communications landscape. Notice at paras. 23-93.
  
	The Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days after the date of publication of the summary of the Notice in the Federal Register. Id. at 1.
