Amendment of Commission Rule Requiring Records of Cable Operator Interests in Video Programming, MB Docket No. 20-35, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-19 (rel. Mar. 2, 2020) (NPRM). The NPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of the NPRM in the Federal Register.
