Revision of the Commission’s Part 76 Review Procedures; Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative; Revision of the Commission’s Program Carriage Rules, MB Docket Nos. 20-70, 17-105, 11-131, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in MB Docket No. 11-131 and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in MB Docket No. 20-70, FCC 20-39 (rel. The FNPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of the FNPRM in the Federal Register. Id. at 1. By this Public Notice, the Media Bureau announces that the FNPRM was published in the Federal Register on April 16, 2020. Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative; Program Carriage, 85 Fed. Reg. 21131 (Apr. 16, 2020). Accordingly, comments must be submitted no later than May 18, 2020. Reply Comments must be submitted no later than June 1, 2020.
