SAT-MOD-20200417-00037 E S2983/3018 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/23/2020 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service The Satellite Division designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective October 11, 2019. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application. SAT-STA-20200421-00038 E S2411 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/23/2020 On April 23, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC, to (1) conduct TT&C operations necessary to drift Intelsat 907 from the 27.5° W.L. orbital location to the 27.6° W.L. orbital location and maintain it at that location; and (2) provide FSS during the drift to and upon arrival at the 27.6° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
