Galaxy 28 currently operates at 89.0 W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-PDR-20191205-00143 E S3058 Intelsat License LLC Petition for Declaratory Ruling Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/29/2020 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On April 29, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, U.S. market access to Intelsat License LLC for HISPASAT 143W-1, an on-orbit space station licensed by Spain, at the 143º W.L. orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to provide fixed-satellite services in the 11.45-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking and command functions with HISPASAT 143W-1 using the following center frequencies: 11700 MHz and 12749.75 MHz(space-to-Earth); and 14498.7 MHz and 2072.7958 MHz (Earth-to-space). In that Public Notice, Report No. SAT-01462, we stated that, "The Satellite Division designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective October 11, 2019." Instead, that sentence should read, "The Satellite Division designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective April 23, 2020."
