Protecting Consumers from One-Ring Scams, CG Docket No. 20-93, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-57 (rel. April 28, 2020). The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking sets deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 days and 45 days after publication in the Federal Register. On May 20, 2020, a summary of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published in the Federal Register.
