MIRACLE ATTAINMENT CORP FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502, Miracle Attainment Corp (Miracle), filed an application for certification to operate an Open Video System serving Cheyenne, Wyoming; Riverton, Wyoming; Salt Lake City, Utah; St. George, Utah; Boise, Idaho; Missoula, Montana; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Aberdeen, South Dakota; and Tamuning, Guam.  Comments are due to be filed on or before July 7, 2020.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.1502(e)(2).  Parties wishing to respond to a FCC Form 1275 filing must submit comments or oppositions via electronic mail (email) at the following address: OVS@fcc.gov.
