On July 16, 2020, the Commission adopted a Fourth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that proposes additional steps to implement the TRACED Act and protect consumers from illegal calls while also providing transparency and effective redress to legitimate callers. Advanced Methods to Target and Eliminate Unlawful Robocalls, CG Docket No. 17-59, Third Report and Order, Order on Reconsideration, and Fourth Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-96 (July 16, 2020) (Call Blocking Fourth Further Notice) (implementing, in part, the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act, Pub. L. No. 116-105, 133 Stat. 3274 (2019) (TRACED Act)).
  The Call Blocking Fourth Further Notice sets deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 days and 60 days after publication in the Federal Register, respectively. Id.

On July 31, 2020, a summary of the Call Blocking Fourth Further Notice was published in the Federal Register. Federal Communications Commission, Advanced Methods to Target and Eliminate Unlawful Robocalls, Proposed Rule, 85 Fed. Reg. 46063 (July 31, 2020) (Call Blocking Fourth Further Notice Summary). 
  Accordingly, comments are due August 31, 2020, and reply comments are due September 29, 2020.
