On June 10, 2020, the Commission released a Declaratory Ruling and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-75, in the above-captioned proceeding.  The Commission inadvertently cited to a letter that was filed on June 4, 2020 during the Sunshine Period that began on June 3, 2020.  See 47 CFR § 1.1203.  This Erratum amends the Declaratory Ruling and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:

Footnote 4 is corrected by deleting the following:

“Letter from Clinton Loss, President, Montana Emergency Medical Services Association, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC, WT Docket No. 19-250 and RM-11849 (filed June 4, 2020).”
