Sprint Relay seeks reconsideration of two aspects of the $1.7146 per-minute compensation rate adopted for IP Relay service: (1) the decision to set the efficiency factor for IP Relay equal to inflation under the Commission’s price-cap-like methodology and (2) the denial of Sprint’s request for exogenous cost recovery.
