SAT-STA-20210727-00092 E S2154 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part / Dismissed in Part Effective Date: 08/19/2021 On August 19, 2021, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for special temporary authority for a period of 30 days for operations of the Galaxy 25 space station. Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority for Intelsat to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift Galaxy 25 from the 32.9° E.L. orbital location to the 66.13° E.L. orbital location. The Division dismissed Intelsat's request to operate Galaxy 25 at the 66.13° E.L. orbital location, since Galaxy 25 will not arrive at that new orbital location within the 30-day period covered by this grant.
