 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 08/26/2021


 On August 26, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for special
 temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate the JCSAT-RA space station at the 168.9º E.L. orbital location.  Intelsat is
 authorized to provide fixed-satellite service from JCSAT-RA in the 3940-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6225-6485 MHz (Earth-to-space),
 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry,
 tracking and command operations necessary to maintain JCSAT-RA at the 168.9° E.L. location using the center frequencies of 13.9935 GHz and
 14.496 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 4199.55 MHz, 12.2485 GHz, 12.7472 GHz, 12.74835 GHz and 12.74975 GHz (space-to-Earth).

 On August 26, 2021, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, for EchoStar Satellite BSS Corporation
 to continue operating the EchoStar 15 satellite to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite Service over channels 1 and 2.  EchoStar 15 is located at the
 61.65° W.L. orbital location, and will use the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 On August 26, 2021, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, for EchoStar Satellite BSS Corporation
 to continue operating the EchoStar 16 satellite to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite Service over channels 1 and 2.  EchoStar 16 is located at the
 61.5° W.L. orbital location, and will use the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
