 On September 10, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to R2 Space, Inc., to
 operate the XR-1 non-geostationary orbit satellite using a telecommand uplink channel at 2086.836-2086.964 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacões S.A. has notified the Commission of its intent to relocate the Star One C2 fixed-satellite space station
from the 70° W.L. orbital location to the 65° W.L. orbital location, where it will operate within the technical parameters currently authorized
and coordinated for Star One C1 at its currently assigned orbital location of 65° W.L. and in compliance with all of the conditions currently
imposed on the operation of Star One C1. Embratel filed its notification pursuant to section 25.118(e) of the Commission's rules and
included the certifications set forth under that section.
