Regulatory Fee Filing Window is Extended to Monday, September 27, 2021
The Commission is extending the due date for FY 2021 regulatory fees from 11:59 PM, September 24, 2021 to 11:59 PM, September 27, 2021. This is an extension of the due date established by Public Notice on September 7, 2021.  See Fee Filer is Open for Payment of Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Regulatory Fees – FY 2021 Regulatory Fees are Due September 24, 2021, Public Notice, DA 21-1110 (Office of the Managing Director, Sept. 7, 2021).

  This extension of time applies to all annual regulatory fee payors.
