ORDER OF DISMISSAL

By the Senior Deputy Chief, Policy Division, Media Bureau:

1. On August 16, 2021, Parker Broadcasting of Dakota License, LLC (Parker Broadcasting), licensee 
of television station KRDK-TV, Valley City, North Dakota (KRDK-TV), by its attorneys, filed a Complaint for Denial of Mandatory Carriage against Wikstrom Systems, LLC (Wikstrom) seeking carriage of station KRDK-TV on Wikstrom’s cable system serving the Fargo, North Dakota Designated Market Area.

2. Parker Broadcasting and Wikstrom are now attempting a private resolution of the issues raised in
the Complaint.  Thus, on September 17, 2021, Parker Broadcasting filed a Request for Withdrawal of its Complaint for Mandatory Carriage and termination of the proceeding.

3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Request to Withdraw the Complaint for Denial of 
Mandatory Carriage in the above-referenced proceeding IS GRANTED.  

4. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint in the above-referenced proceeding IS 
DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and that the above-referenced proceeding is TERMINATED.

5. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules.
