 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service

 On October 7, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC for modification of the
 authorization for the MSAT-2 space station to specify operations at the 107.5° W.L. orbital location instead of the 106.5° W.L. orbital location.
 MSAT-2 will provide mobile-satellite service using the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz, 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 1631.5-1645.5 MHz and 1646.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.75-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.0-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space).
 Ligado was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command with MSAT-2 using the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz,
 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space); and beacon frequencies of 10.7535 GHz (primary) and 10.751
 GHz (backup).  MSAT-2 will operate in inclined orbit with a North/South station keeping of ± 13.5 degrees and East/West station keeping of ±
 0.1 degrees at the 107.5° W.L. orbital location.
