 On October 14, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for special
 temporary authority for an additional period of 180 days to continue to operate one of the Ku-band beams of the Intelsat 1R space station at the
 157.1° E.L. orbital location over a new coverage area in the 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
 bands.
