WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ANNOUNCES CHALLENGE AND REPLY DATES FOR CERTAIN AMENDED PHASE I CERTIFICATIONS OF ACCELERATED RELOCATION 
GN Docket No. 18-122; GN Docket No. 21-320

	On September 29, 2021, the Wireless Telecommunication Bureau (Bureau) issued a Public Notice announcing its implementation of the Commission’s incremental reduction plan for Phase I Accelerated Relocation Payments (ARP) relating to the ongoing transition of the 3.7 GHz band (Phase I Incremental Reduction PN). Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Announces Implementation of the Commission’s Incremental Reduction Plan for Phase I Accelerated Relocation Payments, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 21-320, Public Notice, (WTB 2021) (Phase I Incremental Reduction PN); See Expanding Flexible Use of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band, Report and Order and Proposed Modification, 35 FCC Rcd 2343, 2456-57, at paras. 297-300 (2020) (3.7 GHz Report and Order).
  The Phase I Incremental Reduction PN provided that if an eligible space station operator submits an amended or refiled Phase I Certification of Accelerated Relocation, the Bureau would issue a public notice establishing a new challenge cycle with respect to the issues raised in such amended or refiled Certification. Phase I Incremental Reduction PN at 6, n.41. “Thus, WTB would place the amended or refiled Certification on Public Notice for a new challenge cycle, i.e., ten (10) days from the release of the Public Notice to file oppositions, and five (5) days to file replies.”  Id.
  

On October 14, 2021, Telesat Canada and its subsidiary, Telesat Spectrum Corporation, (collectively, Telesat) submitted an erratum amending the Phase I Certification of Accelerated Relocation it previously filed on October 8, 2021. Telesat Canada and Telesat Spectrum Corporation, Erratum, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 21-320 (filed Oct. 14, 2021); Telesat Canada and Telesat Spectrum Corporation, Phase I Certificate of Accelerated Relocation, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 21-320 (filed Oct. 8, 2021).
  On October 15, 2021, Intelsat License LLC (Intelsat) submitted an erratum amending the Phase I Certification of Accelerated Relocation it previously filed on October 4, 2021. Intelsat License LLC, Erratum, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 21-320 (filed Oct. 15, 2021); Intelsat License LLC, Phase I Certificate of Accelerated Relocation, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 21-320 (filed Oct. 4, 2021).
  Any challenge on issues raised in either the Telesat or the Intelsat errata must be filed in GN Docket No. 21-320 on or before October 29, 2021; any replies must be filed in GN Docket No. 21-320 on or before November 5, 2021.
