SAT-RPL-20210325-00039 E S3083 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Replacement Satellite Application (no new frequency) Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/21/2021 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On October 21, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, to construct, deploy, and operate Galaxy 34 as a replacement satellite for Galaxy 12 (call sign S2422) at the 129.0° W.L. orbital location, in order to provide fixed-satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Galaxy 34 will conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following frequencies: 4198.25 MHz, 4199.25 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6420.0 MHz and 6423.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20210823-00107 E S2385 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/21/2021 On October 21, 2021, the Satellite Division granted Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, special temporary authority for an additional period of 180 days in order for the Galaxy 14 space station to continue to provide fixed-satellite service at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations to maintain Galaxy 14 at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 4198.0 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
