SECOND ERRATUM

On November 20, 2020, the Commission released a First Report and Order, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Order of Proposed Modification, FCC 20-164, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Second Erratum amends the First Report and Order, the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Appendices A and B as indicated below:
1. In Paragraph 61, replace “5.850-5.925” with “5.850-5.895.”
2. In Paragraph 76, replace “inference” with “interference.”
3. In Paragraph 177, in the second sentence, replace the phrase “same power levels as U-NII-4 devices” with “same power levels as U-NII-3 devices.” 
The Final Rules in APPENDIX A are corrected as follows:
4. Paragraph 3 is corrected to read as follows:
 “3.	Amend section 15.403 by revising the definitions for “Indoor Access Point,” “Subordinate Device,” and “U-NII devices” to read as follows:”. 
5. Below Paragraph 6, add the inadvertently omitted section heading “§ 90.20   Public Safety Pool” and the frequency table in paragraph (c)(3) to include the revised frequency “5895-5925” as follows:

7. In Paragraph (j)(16) of section 90.175 replace “GHz” with “MHz.”
8. In Paragraph (2) of section 90.203 is corrected by replacing “[Insert date of DSRC sunset]” with “[INSERT DATE ONE YEAR PLUS 60 DAYS AFTER DATE OF FEDERAL REGISTER PUBLICATION].” 
9. In Section 90.210, below the table in Note 4, replace “5.895-5.925 GHz” with “5895-5925 MHz.” 
10. In Paragraph (b) of section 90.370, replace “[insert R&O effective date]” with “[INSERT DATE 60 DAYS AFTER DATE OF FEDERAL REGISTER PUBLICATION]” and replace “[insert date one year after R&O effective date]” with “[INSERT DATE ONE YEAR PLUS 60 DAYS AFTER DATE OF FEDERAL REGISTER PUBLICATION]”.
