Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority for Intelsat to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift Galaxy 25 from the 32.9° E.L. orbital location to the 66.13° E.L. orbital location. The Division dismissed Intelsat's request to operate Galaxy 25 at the 66.13° E.L. orbital location, since Galaxy 25 will not arrive at that new orbital location within the 30-day period covered by this grant.
