 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

 On November 10, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, U.S. market access, including inclusion in the Permitted Space Station
 List, for the Telesat Canada Anik F1 satellite, an on-orbit space station licensed by Canada, at the 109.2 ° W.L. orbital location.  Telesat was
 granted market access for Anik F1 in the following frequency bands:  11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).
 Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 11.70025 GHz and 11.70075 GHz (space-to-Earth)
 and 14.49925 GHz (Earth-to-space).

XM Radio LLC has notified the Commission of its intent to relocate the XM-5 space station from the 85.15° W.L. orbital location to the
115.25° W.L. orbital location, where it will operate within the technical parameters currently licensed and coordinated for XM-4 at its
currently assigned orbital location of 115.25° W.L., and in compliance with all of the conditions currently imposed on the operation of
XM-5.  XM Radio filed its notification pursuant to section 25.118(e) of the Commission's rules and included the certifications set forth
under that section.
