Modification to PDR/PPL Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/18/2021 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On November 18, 2021, the Satellite Division reissued the market access grant for Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacões S.A.'s Star One C2 space station to reflect relocation of Star One C2 from the 70° W.L. orbital location to the 65° W.L. orbital location, where it will operate within the technical parameters specified in the market access grant for Star One C1 at that location. This action was taken pursuant to section 25.118(e) of the Commission's rules. INFORMATIVE SAT-MPL-20210824-00108 S2678 Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacoes S.A. On November 18, 2021, the Satellite Division reissued the grant of market access for the Star One C2 space station to reflect relocation of Star One C2 from the 70° W.L. orbital location to 65° W.L., pursuant to section 25.118(e). Accordingly, the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 70° W.L. orbital location are now available for reassignment pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process effective 2:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. At that time, applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by non-U.S. licensed space stations, modifications to licensed space stations, or amendments to pending applications taking this announcement into account. Applications for the spectrum filed prior to this date and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to re-filing. SAT-STA-20210812-00098 Spaceflight, Inc. On November 3, 2021, Spaceflight, Inc. updated the information on file associated with its request for special temporary authority for operations of the Sherpa-LTC1 spacecraft to reflect updates to the manifest of satellites planned for deployment from the Sherpa-LTC1.
