Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals with Hearing and Speech Disabilities; Petition for Rulemaking of Sprint Corporation, CG Docket No. 03-123 and RM-11820, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 21-95 (Aug. 6, 2021). Comments on the Notice are due 30 days after publication in the Federal Register, and reply comments are due 60 days after such publication. Id., para. 56.
