FCC ANNOUNCES THE SECOND MEETING OF THE COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND INTEROPERABILITY COUNCIL VIII ON DECEMEBER 15, 2021 

This Public Notice serves as notice that, consistent with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. 2.
 the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) will hold the second meeting of the Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Councill VIII (CSRIC VIII) on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, beginning at 1:00 pm EST, via conference call and available to the public via the Internet at http://www.fcc.gov/live.  Notice of this meeting was published in the Federal Register on November 26, 2021. Federal Communications Commission, Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council, Notice of Second Meeting, 86 FR 67464 (November 26, 2021).
 
CSRIC VIII’s second meeting will introduce the working group members for each of CSRIC VIII’s six Working Groups (WG) and include presentations from the WG chairs on plans for commencing work on the assigned tasks.   The CSRIC VIII meeting is open to the public.  
The meeting is being held in a wholly electronic format in light of restrictions on group gatherings and travel related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The CSRIC VIII meeting is open to the public on the Internet via live feed from the FCC’s web page at https://www.fcc.gov/live. The public may submit questions after the meeting to CSRIC@fcc.gov.  Open captioning will be provided for this event.  Other reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon request.
