EchoStar 15 is located at 61.65° W.L., and will use the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20210127-00015 E S2385 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/05/2021 On February 5, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, to perform telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 14 satellite from the 125° W.L. orbital location to the 32.9° orbital location. The Satellite Division also granted authority for Intelsat's Galaxy 14 satellite to provide fixed-satellite service at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
